Equipping attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes for their  clients

Board certification and specialization in pediatric neuropsychology

Expertise in translating complex data into real-life actionable strategies

Our Point of View

In our combined 50 years of clinical practice and forensic experience, we have witnessed clinical neuropsychology change and mature.  We have not seen  the field of forensic neuropsychology make the same evolution.  In our years of forensic work, we have witnessed shortcomings that have posed barriers to attorneys in the service of their clients. Especially when representing children, adolescents, and young adults; there exists a lack of truly qualified pediatric experts who provide thorough analyses and offer a level of clinical acumen and experience that results in translating data points into real-life impact and future trajectories.

Our best practices have been defined by being able to cut right to the core of a client’s needs, arming attorneys with the most valuable data set in order to maximize outcomes. Gone are the days of solely examining test scores and percentile ranks to determine whether individuals are impaired. It is imperative to incorporate not only test data but careful analysis of “life data” so that no stone is left unturned in deriving conclusions about functional outcomes and human life.

It is for this reason that we have formed our NeuroThinkTank – a powerful, ethical, and expert group that cuts to the heart of the matter and eliminates the “noise” that can obstruct the facts of a case.  No brain injury can go without the involvement and expertise of a neuropsychologist.  Because pediatric brains are so vastly different from adult brains, it is imperative that pediatric specialists are part of your team.

Forensic Neuropsychology Experts provide a level of knowledge and expertise that is unparalleled in the market with a hyper-specialization in pediatric development.  With our joint efforts we artfully navigate and master the most complex of cases. This is where science becomes art and interpreting data becomes talent.
